3) Substitutions

4) Dietary Requirements
The NAM2016 conference fee includes the following: Three coffee/tea and biscuit refreshment breaks Two course fork/finger or 'bagged' lunch.
5) Access Requirements

6) Special Offers and Discounts
Discounts are not valid in conjunction with any other offer from the Royal Astronomical Society (RAS). Bookings are subject to payments made and can only be made via the NAM2016.org website.
7) Cancellations
A refund, will be paid if a cancellation is received, in writing, by Sunday 19th June 2016.

We regret that a refund for failure to attend a conference cannot be made. Credit card refunds can only be made to the card in which the original payment was taken.
On completion of the online booking form the delegate and their supporting organisation are liable for the fees for the conference subject to our cancellation terms. Should the individual delegate leave the organisation the responsibility for payment is with the employing organisation at the time the booking form was signed.

Abstract Submission
Abstracts should be submitted via the website before 8th April 2016. We expect to send decisions on acceptance of abstracts to delegates on or before 13th May. Delegates should only submit multiple abstracts if they are on genuinely different topics. Delegates can be a co-author on as many abstracts as they like.
